The stainless steel bezel of this analog-digital GM-110 Series model have been forged, cut and polished to give it its distinctive design. The GM-110RB model features special rainbow ion plating (IP) for the stainless steel bezel, along with a multi-color coating for the small dial. The GM-110RB is unique in that the right and left sides of the bezel have a traditional gold IP, while the middle section has a rainbow IP that is aligned with the bands. Following the rainbow theme, the dial is multi-colored, and the watch has a blue upper band and a red lower band, which appear to be translucent.
