This month marks the launch of Beyond The Bassline, a groundbreaking exhibition brought to you by the British Library, celebrating 500 years of black British music.
As part of the series, G-SHOCK is proud to support Rhyme-Antics, a live event curated by pioneering MC and producer D Double E, showcasing the power of language and the spoken word.
Sign up for the chance to win limited pairs of tickets to the night as D Double E's joined on stage by a host of 21st century lyricists including Deyah, Isatta Sheriff, TrueMendous, Wish Master and JayaHadADream, as they paint vivid portraits of resilience, identity, and the art of the possible. From D Double E’s roots in UK Grime to Verbz’s haunting introspection via Speech Debelle’s tales of the city, each artist brings a unique flavour to savour. And, if you aren't lucky enough to win tickets, runners up will be selected for access to watch the live stream.
For the lucky winners, the bar is open from 18:30. Doors at 19:00. The event will start at 19:30 sharp. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start time of this event.
