Standard: 3-5 Business days after dispatch.
Express: 1-2 Business days after dispatch. Due to COVID-19 we cannot always offer express delivery options.
(Express delivery only available for orders placed before 2.30pm – Excluding weekends & Bank Holidays)
Republic of Ireland & Channel Island
Standard: 4-6 Business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to COVID-19.
Deliveries to Ireland are sent delivery duty unpaid.
Express: Not Available
Our nominated carrier is Parcel Force. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 6.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Click & Collect
At checkout select your local store and then proceed to payment.
On the day of collection please bring your confirmation message/email and ID to the selected store.
If for any reason you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 1 month after the date of purchase.
Please note that with the exception of faulty products, we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The below process should be followed:
1. Complete the table on the reverse of the Picking Delivery Note. Please ensure that you complete all of the sections, as this will guarantee the timely processing of your return/exchange.
2. Send the item with the returns note enclosed via recorded delivery. The product should be unused and in its original packaging. All items must be suitably packaged and protected.

4. Please retain your proof of postage or courier collection receipt/details. Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will take 5-7 business days to appear on your payment card statement.
